Shipping Policy

Destinations
MV TRENDS ships to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. Exact availability depends on the product and is confirmed when the delivery address is entered at checkout.

Processing
Orders are normally verified and processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Rates
Standard shipping costs $8.00 USD when applicable. Some products include free shipping, and eligible orders of $40.00 USD or more receive free standard shipping within the enabled zone. The final rate is shown before payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery
Many orders to the continental United States arrive approximately 3 to 8 business days after processing. Orders to Puerto Rico normally arrive within 5 to 12 business days. Certain products, ZIP codes or high-demand periods may require additional time. Dates are estimates; the information shown on the product page or at checkout controls when different.

Multiple-Item Orders
Products may be prepared from different locations. An order may arrive in separate packages on different dates without additional customer shipping charges.

Tracking
You will receive an email when a tracking number is generated. Tracking may take a few business days to show movement after the label is created.

Incorrect Addresses
Verify the recipient name and delivery address carefully. Email support@shopmvtrends.com immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment. Costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Delays
Weather, emergencies, high demand or carrier delays may affect delivery. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide a revised date. You may accept the delay or cancel the unshipped item for the applicable refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be found, check with household members, neighbors and the carrier. If it remains missing, email support@shopmvtrends.com. For damaged products, retain the item and packaging and send photos within 7 days of delivery.

Other Destinations
Destinations outside the United States and Puerto Rico are available only when enabled at checkout. Taxes, duties or import charges may apply.
