MV TRENDS respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our store, place an order, contact us, or otherwise use our services.

Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, billing and shipping address, telephone number, order details, customer-service communications, and payment-related information. Payments are processed by Shopify and authorized payment providers; MV TRENDS does not directly store full payment-card numbers.

We may also collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring website, cookie information, and interactions with the store.

How we use information
We use personal information to:
• Process payments, orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
• Communicate about orders and provide customer support.

We may share information as necessary with Shopify, payment processors, CJdropshipping and other fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics and advertising services, professional advisers, government authorities when legally required, and service providers that help us operate the store. These parties may process information in countries other than your own. We do not authorize third parties to use order information for unrelated purposes.

Puerto Rico customers
