Overview
This website is operated by MV TRENDS. By visiting the website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy, Shipping, and Return policies, and any additional conditions displayed during checkout.

Store use
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have authorization from your legal representative. You may not use the store for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes or interfere with its security or operation.

Product information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, colors, prices, and availability. Colors and measurements may vary slightly because of displays, measurement methods, or manufacturing. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products. We will not substitute a materially different product without your approval.

Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit orders because of unavailable inventory, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If a paid order is canceled, we will refund the applicable amounts. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery information.

Prices and payments
Prices are shown in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and charges are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and authorized providers. MV TRENDS does not directly store full payment-card numbers.

Shipping
Displayed delivery times are estimates based on warehouse, destination, carrier, and availability. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you. You may accept a revised date or cancel the unshipped item for the applicable refund. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Intellectual property
The MV TRENDS name, website design, text, graphics, and store-created materials are protected by applicable laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without written permission.

Third-party services
The store may use Shopify, carriers, payment processors, applications, and fulfillment providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for external websites we do not control.

Warranties and liability
Products are offered according to their descriptions and any expressly stated warranties. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, MV TRENDS is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages caused by product misuse or events outside our reasonable control.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order governs that purchase unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Governing law
These terms are interpreted under applicable Puerto Rico and United States law without reducing mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s place of residence.
